Sales Representative specializing in Urology (50–60%) Sales territory: Bern to Geneva (Western Switzerland)

To strengthen our team, we are seeking a dedicated and communicative individual to join us as a Sales Representative for the Urology division in Western Switzerland.

Medicor AG, headquartered in Cham (Zug, Switzerland), is a family-owned company with extensive experience and expertise in the distribution of medical products, the installation and maintenance of medical devices, and the market launch of new and innovative products.

Your responsibilities

• Maintaining and expanding our existing customer base (hospitals, clinics, and medical practices) in the sales region from Bern to Geneva
• Providing expert advice to physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals
• Presenting and introducing our urological products and solutions
• Planning and conducting product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops
• Monitoring the market and actively contributing to sales strategies in the region
• Regular travel within the sales region
• Optional Expansion of sales to include additional medical products from our portfolio

Your Profile

• Completed medical training (e.g., registered nurse, medical practice assistant, medical-technical training) or comparable medical professional experience
• Sales experience in the medtech/pharmaceutical or hospital sector is an advantage
• Excellent French language skills, good German and English skills (German/French/English)
• IT skills (MS Office, CRM systems an advantage)
• Category B driver's license (BE an advantage) and willingness to travel extensively within Western Switzerland
• Independent, reliable, and outgoing personality with a confident demeanor
